2. Profile picture will be displayed on the Directory.

3. All new memberships require review and verification. Once verified an email confirmation will be sent. Please allow 3-5 business days for the verification process. All membership end date is December 31, 2025.

Active Member - $525.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Be a licensed dentist (DDS, DMD or equivalent degree) or be a licensed physician (MD or DO or equivalent degree) or be a non-dental or non-physician allied health care professional or researcher in good standing within the state or country within which they practice

Affiliate Member - $275.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Be a licensed physician (MD or DO or equivalent degree) or be a non-dental or non-physician allied health care professional or researcher

Student Member - $100.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Be a current full-time dental or post-graduate dental student in good academic standing, and one of the following: A licensed Dentist in an accredited post-doctoral full-time university residency program or a graduate in past 12 months or a A full time, current undergraduate dental student.
Student/Initiatory Memberships must be transitioned to Active membership within four (4) years from date of joining.
