Active Member - $625.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: December 15th No automatically recurring payments Be a licensed dentist (DDS, DMD or equivalent degree) or be a licensed physician (MD or DO or equivalent degree) or be a non-dental or non-physician allied health care professional or researcher in good standing within the state or country within which they practice. Membership continues through December 31, 2026.

Affiliate Member - $325.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: December 15th No automatically recurring payments Be a licensed physician (MD or DO or equivalent degree) or be a non-dental or non-physician allied health care professional or researcher. Membership continues through December 31, 2026.

Non Member Subscription period: Unlimited Non Member level is used to be able to have the access to our eLearning platform. There is no fee for Non Member access, but does not include member benefits, such as inclusion in our member directory or access to the Cranio journal.

Student Member - $100.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: December 15th No automatically recurring payments Be a current full-time dental or post-graduate dental student in good academic standing, and one of the following: A licensed Dentist in an accredited post-doctoral full-time university residency program or a graduate in past 12 months or a A full time, current undergraduate dental student.
Student/Initiatory Memberships must be transitioned to Active membership within four (4) years from date of joining. Membership continues through December 31, 2026.
